Near-Infrared light can be combined with Red light on the body to reduce musculoskeletal pain and inflammation. The increase in circulation to the muscles can help improve muscular performance and promote tissue repair and better healing of injuries. 

Remedial or deep tissue massage is a more focused massage that helps to increase range of movement and promote better posture and flexibility in the muscles and joints. Deep tension patterns can be altered within the body by using concentrated pressures and strokes with neuromuscular and trigger point techniques. Because of the nature of the treatment it is common to experience some muscle soreness post massage.
