Pure Therapy Vouchers are available for monetary amounts of £20, £25, £40, £50, £60, £80, £100, £150, £200, £300

Pure Therapy Gift Vouchers are available for specific treatments.

Vouchers are valid for 6 months

Vouchers can be collected from the clinic or posted directly to you or the recipient at no extra cost.

Please note that Alison can regularly be booked up 2-3 weeks in advance so it is the voucher holders responsibility to arrange their treatment booking before the 6 months expiry date stated on the voucher.

Pure Therapy  will only accept vouchers issued by Pure Therapy in exchange for Pure Therapy treatments.

Pure Therapy Vouchers are valid for six months from date of purchase clearly stated on the voucher face. Vouchers will not be accepted after this specified expiry date.

Pure Therapy Vouchers may be used for services only and are not redeemable against products.

There is no cash redemption on Pure Therapy Gift Vouchers. Should the treatment that you choose be less than the voucher face value a credit note will be issued against further treatments with Pure Therapy but the expiry date stated on the voucher will still apply.

Pure Therapy Gift Vouchers can be exchanged for any Pure Therapy treatment to the same value or upgraded on payment of the difference.

Pure Therapy Gift Vouchers must be presented at time of treatment and cannot be used in conjunction with any Pure Therapy offers or discounts.

Pure Therapy vouchers will be posted first class Royal Mail or special delivery (if requested). We aim to despatch the vouchers within 2 working days, but please be aware that during busy holiday periods, strikes or bad weather it may take longer. Pure Therapy accepts no responsibility for delayed or lost items unless posted on request by recorded delivery. 

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund. Cancellations must be received in writing quoting your order reference within 7 days. Once cancelled, goods must be returned in their original condition with their original packaging and with proof of purchase documentation enclosed and send to Pure Therapy, 42 Lower Kings Road, Berkhamsted, Herts, HP4 2AA. All goods remain your responsibility until received by Pure Therapy. For your own protection, we recommend you return goods using a delivery service that insures you for their full value.

Late cancellation or failure to arrive for your designated appointment will result in a cancellation charge. Cancellation of a treatment within 24hrs or failure to turn up without notice will incur a 100 % charge of the treatment price if the reserved treatment slot cannot be filled. Please be aware that this cancellation policy will also apply to treatments to be paid for by voucher.
